Gavin Borkowski is a New Jersey actor who starred in all of Chuckie Borkowski's films. He is Chuckie Borkowski's younger brother and is a very talented actor. He is known for playing interesting characters such as The Target, and his biggest role yet, Viktor French in the upcoming "The Red Chase."
