My name is Coopa Collard, I am an indie filmmaker and social media creator from Adelaide South Australia, I love to direct mainly Horror/Thriller films, but I'm up for anything. I started filmmaking in 2023, and it has been one of the biggest parts of my life since. I also have my own filmmaking business called Coopa Collard Filmmaking which I founded in mid 2024. I consider myself a film critic, and some of my movie opinions can be very controversial. But different is good, I love Letterboxd if you can't tell. Outside of filmmaking I am a Youth Mentor, I love helping people and connecting with others. I also graduated Event Management in early 2025 and have earned many other types of certificates through doing this. Another one of my favourite quotes "As you grow older you will discover you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others". I believe that helping other people as well as yourself can make a big change in the world. Kindness is key, and sometimes just being there for others is all that matters.
